How long does it take?

Our team of artists works as quickly as possible, but sometimes we get very busy. We aim to deliver your picture within 5 days.

What is the currency?

All prices in our store are denominated in USD.

How is the portrait sent?

Your portrait will be digital and will be emailed to you once it's complete, ready to print or use on a mug, t-shirt, or anything else you choose.

What if I am not happy with my portrait?

Our artists are incredibly talented and always deliver outstanding work. However, sometimes, when working from a photo, we may miss the essence of the person. We are always happy to make revisions until you are 100% satisfied with your portrait.

What can I have as my background?

Whatever you want! You just let us know your idea and we will make it happen.

Do pets count as a person?

Yes, they do. Each pet is counted as one person for the portrait.Β 

Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?

Yes, absolutely! We place no restrictions on your portrait β€” it's yours to use however you like.

Can you work from more than one photo?

The more photos, the better! Make sure to clearly specify how you'd like your illustration to be drawn in the picture description β€” we'll handle the rest! 😊

What quality should the photo I send be?

The higher the quality of the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to create an accurate illustration of you. But don’t worry β€” if we encounter any issues, we’ll let you know.

I have a large group that I need to work on.

No problem! Just contact us, and we can discuss the details of larger projects.

Will I be charged for changes to my order after it's been made?

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all desired details in the order notes. Any details not mentioned will be left to the artist's interpretation, and additional charges may apply if changes are requested afterward.
